Alexis Hyatt, MTS, CCTCP-1

Alexis Hyatt is a biblical counsellor from Montreal with a heart for walking alongside women as they navigate life’s challenges. With a master’s degree in Theological Studies, specializing in spiritual care and counselling from McMaster Divinity College and certified as a Christian Trauma Care Provider through the Christian Trauma Healing Network, Alexis seeks to provide support that is both biblically grounded and informed by best practices in the field. More than anything, she desires to create a safe, compassionate space where you can bring your story, encounter God’s truth, and find hope and healing in Him.

Alexis has a background in counselling for almost ten years and has worked both in ministry, in volunteer and paid roles, in campus & youth ministry and serves in her local church in both the children’s and women’s ministries. She also has an extensive background in special education, in both Christian & non-Christian settings, and training in behavioural sciences. 

In her free time, Alexis loves to read, paint and continue experimenting with gluten-free baking while listening to a variety of different podcasts.
